After implementing another project together with For microhomes MB, we want to tell and show how simple and quick mobile modular homes are designed and built, and what method of space heating was chosen in this case.
Mobile home projects are widely applicable: for residential purposes (garden houses, summer houses), entertainment (e.g. sauna), business (food preparation and sale, office, rental), young people's house (the first stage of independent living), etc. Micro houses are widely exported to Scandinavia or transported to various parts of Lithuania, but their production begins in the city of Klaipėda, in the Micro Houses MB production facilities.
All interior installation work is also carried out in-house. Wall installation, plasterboard installation, wall painting and tiling are carried out by a team of experienced specialists, ensuring uninterrupted work flow and a relatively short installation time.
As we mentioned, in mobile micro homes, the space is used to the maximum. So, those places in the house that usually remain unused and empty are filled in a micro home. A few examples are staircases with drawers, boiler rooms or other space-consuming heating devices are abandoned.
Since these modular micro houses are intended for export to Scandinavian countries, an innovative and widely used heating solution in Norway, Denmark and Sweden was chosen as the main heating solution. carbon fiber infrared film. In the mentioned countries, heating systems that have high efficiency, low installation costs and work well with renewable energy sources are highly appreciated. In this way, costs during the heating period are minimized and a lot of money is saved. Heated floors with film and electric grid are suitable for use as the main heating system in winter and as an additional system to maintain a comfortable floor temperature in spring or autumn.
Since the underfloor heating film is suitable for installation on various surfaces (concrete, OSB or other boards), its application in this project was really simple. The infrared film was laid in areas that will not be occupied by stationary full-base furniture. This way, no electricity will be wasted. In this case, laminate was installed on the underfloor heating film.
At the request of the client, it was decided to install tiles in the bathroom and near the entrance, so the most suitable way to install heated floors was an electric underfloor heating mat. In order to maintain the same floor height between the laminate and the tiles, the electric mat was immersed in a layer of tile adhesive.
When furnishing a mobile and modern home, other smart decisions had to be made. Carbon fiber heating film at for electric floor heating mat was chosen to rule smart thermostats, which track heating system costs, help maintain the proper humidity level in rooms, and are controlled remotely via a smartphone app.
The adopted heating solutions have recently been popular not only in Scandinavian countries, but also in Lithuania. Due to the attractive installation price, durability, compatibility with renewable energy sources, infrared film and electric floor heating grids are extremely reliable ways to heat your home. Electric floor heating systems do not have many nodes that have a short operating period. Warranties reaching 20 years will allow you to feel calm and know that after installing the heating system, after a few years you will not have any failures or various additional costs that would only delay the payback of the heating system installation.
We would also like to thank our partners For microhomes MB už bendradarbiavimą įgyvendinant kokybiškus stacionarių ir mobilių namų šildymo sprendimus.
